Tromsø marina in city center. Panorama taken at 11.12.2008 about midday. Due to polar night sun doesnt rise/set in Tromsø from November 26 until January 15. Because the city is surrounded by many mountains, the period is longer for a few days. In the city centre, you cant see sun between November 21 and January 21. Anyway there is always some daylight for few hours. Very often there are beautiful colours at midday which you can watch on this panorama.
